Masshiroi. If you look at my original post, I said it's healthiest to be 10% below bmi IF you're eating properly and getting proper nutrition. This means eating foods low in sugar and simple carbs (like white bread, white rice, pasta). Eat lean proteins (fish, turkey, etc.) and low-glycemic fruits and veggies.) You can be skinny and unhealthy (like Mischa was) if you radically reduce calories, but still eat unhealthy high-sugar foods. Do some research on Calorie Restriction and longevity.

what do you mean? 10% below bmi 18.5 or 24.9-25? I'm just wondering because Mischa looked underweight before, did you mean she was healthy then? Is it possible to be unweight and healthy? Sry for all the questions.
