The TRUTH of the matter is that Tina Fey only generally resembles Sarah Palin. There was NEVER any 'striking resemblance' between the two. Many women resemble former Governor Palin. As usual, the mainstream media acted as if this was such an 'uncanny resemblance.' Tina Fey bears more resemblance to Elvis Costello than Sarah Palin.
